How we work
Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation
Begin with a personalized consultation—available virtually or in person. This is where we get to know you, discuss your pregnancy, birth preferences, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also determine the level of support that best fits your needs.
Step 2: Create Your Birth Plan & Get Set Up
Together, we’ll thoughtfully design a personalized birth plan that honors your preferences and values. We’ll also complete your intake and take care of billing and insurance setup, so you can focus on what matters most—preparing for your baby.
Step 3: Receive Ongoing Doula Support
Once services begin, you’ll receive compassionate, continuous care throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Our role is to support, educate, and advocate for you—ensuring you feel confident, informed, and never alone during this transformative time.
