Prenatal Support
Prenatal Support
1–4 prenatal meetings (in person or via video sign-language call):
We provide personalized prenatal support that includes creating flexible birth plans, offering comfort measures, and guiding both the birthing person and their partner with hands‑on techniques and emotional coaching. Through in‑person visits and ongoing communication, I ensure families feel prepared, supported, and empowered as they approach labor and birth.
Birth-plan conversation:
We help you create three customized birth plans that reflect your communication needs, birth preferences, and support wishes. Plan A covers your ideal choice—hospital, home, or birth center. Plan B offers an alternative option, and Plan C prepares for medical needs such as induction or cesarean. Together, these flexible plans give you confidence and peace of mind for every possibility.
Ongoing access:
You’ll have 24/7 on‑call support from 38 to 42 weeks, giving you peace of mind whenever you need it. You can also reach out by text or video in the style that feels best for you, with availability designed to keep you supported throughout your pregnancy journey.
